Our exclusive Share® Pomelozzini® chocolates are crafted from hand-picked, naturally grown pomelos (pomelo, UR citrus). The whole fruits are carefully shredded and then undergo a 30-month fermentation process in their own fruit juice.

This process follows the same traditional mother ferment used for our well-known Share® Original plums. After fermentation, the fruit is carefully shaped into small pralines by hand, offering a unique fruity-bitter taste experience. The slight bitterness comes from the natural essential oils and the albedo (the white pulp) of the pomelo, giving these pralines their distinctive character.
