Enjoy Share® in the Evening

We suggest starting your Share routine with half a fruit per day as you become accustomed to its unique taste and fermentation process. Please be mindful that the apricot is a whole fruit and still contains a pit. Also, remember to stay hydrated by drinking two cups of warm water. You may gradually increase to one whole fruit a day, based on your personal preference.

Drink warm water

You can enjoy Share at any time - preferably after lunch or before bed with 1-2 cups of body-warm water (~100°F). Start with a quarter or half and observe how your body responds. Adjust the amount as needed to find out what works best for you. Trust your gut feeling!

Enjoy with Your Daily Routine

Share® products are crafted using a time-honored fermentation process that enhances their naturally rich flavors. Incorporating them into your daily routine offers a unique and enjoyable experience. Discover the tradition of fermentation and savor the difference.
